Refund Policy

Formula Review Fee

Craffteine charges a refundable formula review fee so our team can review your intake, evaluate your requested ingredients, and prepare a custom quote.

If you place your first formula order, the review fee is credited toward that order. If you decide not to proceed after receiving your quote, you may request a refund of the review fee.

Custom Formula Orders

Because custom formulas are made specifically for each customer, approved formula orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation or refund except where required by law or where Craffteine determines there was an error with your order.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page. Include your order number, photos if applicable, and a brief description of the issue so we can review and make it right.

Refund Requests

To request a refund or review an order issue, visit our contact page and choose Order support. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.

Craffteine does not provide medical advice. If you take medications, use supplements, have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or managing a diagnosed condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement formula.
