Craffteine Custom Formula Program

Craffteine allows customers to submit preferences for custom supplement formulas, receive a personalized quote, and place an order for review before production. Formula suggestions, pricing, nutrition facts, supplement facts, label instructions, and related product information may be generated or assisted by automation and are subject to Craffteine review.

No Medical Advice

Craffteine does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any formula information, ingredient discussion, or product suggestion is for general wellness and product customization purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you take medications, use other supplements, have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or managing a diagnosed condition.

Formula Review and Production

Orders are not released for production until reviewed by Craffteine. Craffteine may approve, hold, modify, cancel, or reject a formula or order if an ingredient, dosage, sourcing issue, regulatory concern, safety concern, claim, label issue, or production limitation requires review.

Orders, Pricing, and Availability

Custom formula pricing is based on the selected format, serving count, ingredient profile, manufacturing assumptions, packaging, and margin analysis. Ingredient availability and sourcing status may change. If a requested or recommended ingredient is unavailable, Craffteine may source it, substitute it with customer approval, hold the order, or cancel and refund the order where appropriate.

SMS Program Terms

Craffteine may send text messages to customers who choose SMS updates during the formula intake or checkout process. Messages may include formula quote links, order confirmations, production review updates, fulfillment updates, and related customer service notices. Message frequency varies based on your formula and order activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy

Craffteine collects and uses customer information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Returns and Refunds

Refund eligibility and order issue handling are described in our Refund Policy. Custom formula orders may be limited once approved for production, except where required by law or where Craffteine determines there was an error with the order.
